AN ENERGY DEALS ON TRUMPS VISIT



An energy deals during US President Donald Trump on India's visit, Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, and US Energy Secretary all set to discuss on energy partnership.
 
Energy Secretary, Dan Brouillette, are scheduled to participate in a discussion on India-US Strategic Energy Partnership focusing on strengthening energy cooperation. 

One of the top energy companies including Meg
Gentle, CEO, Tellurian, will participate in the discussion.

Also on the nuclear energy front, US energy firm Westinghouse is expected to sign a new agreement with state-run Nuclear Power Corporation of India for the supply of six nuclear reactors.

Unilateral discussions on long-term LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) deals is also likely to take place with India all set to increase purchase of oil and gas from the US to further reduce the trade surplus, which is likely to in India’s favor.
